North York runs from Highway 401 up to Steeles Avenue. Along Yonge Street, condo towers cluster around the North York Centre and Sheppard-Yonge subway stations. On the side streets of Willowdale and Bayview Village, older bungalows are steadily replaced by new custom homes.

Public school boundaries are set by the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) and Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB). Boundaries change, so check any address with the board's school locator before you buy.

Getting around

Subway Line 1 (Yonge) with stations at York Mills, Sheppard-Yonge, North York Centre and Finch, plus Line 4 (Sheppard). Highway 401 is minutes away.
